RULES

1. No Cheating: No cheating will be tolerated on this server. This includes but is not limited to speed hacks, flight hacks, aimbots, and automated bots. This also includes minimaps of any kind, X-Ray texture packs, freecam, and chunk caching mods like Distant Horizons or Bobby. Anti-cheat software is active and will kick you from the server if you attempt to use cheats. Continuous attempts to use cheats on the server will result in a temporary or permanent ban as deemed appropriate by the server owner.

2. No Lag Machines: Lag machines or anything meant to create a significant amount of lag or inhibit gameplay on the server by compromising it are prohibited. Let's keep the server playable so all can enjoy it!

3. No Bullying/Limit Profanity: Although not strictly prohibited, please try to limit your use of profanity. However, any form of bullying, hate speech, or harassment is strictly prohibited and can result in a permanent ban if there are repeated offenses. This includes use of degrading language to insult or belittle someone. This also includes use of racial, homophobic, ableist, etc slurs in any context (there is no context where these are allowed). This also includes unwanted sexual comments or remarks.

Bullying is defined as any behavior designed to demean, alienate, or attack a player based on who they are. Examples of things that constitute bullying include but are not limited to:

• Attacks on a person's identity: Mocking, degrading, or targeting someone based on their race, gender, sexuality, religion, disabilities, or any other aspect of their person is strictly prohibited.

• Use of slurs: Use of slurs in any capacity whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

• Bad-Faith debates and ragebaiting: Attempting to use loopholes, "just asking questions," or starting debates about the validity or someone's identity or any aspect of their person in order to intentionally trigger, upset, or corner them, is strictly prohibited.

• Weaponized Toxicity: Repeatedly targeting a specific individual with the intent to make them feel unsafe, unwelcome, or an invalidated in the community is strictly prohibited.

Because the ways that bullying can occur are diverse and nearly impossible to fully list out, the administration will analyze cases of suspected bullying on a case by case basis. Bullying can happen in ways that are not exactly specified in these rules. In the event that this happens, the player who made the offense will be given a strong warning, and the bullying definitions will be updated to reflect the case.

4. No Advertising: Do not fill up chat with advertisements to other servers or products. The chat is for community, not advertisement.
